The Office shall act on a Technical Revision application within <br />thirty (30) days of filing. A T nical Revision shall be considered <br />automatically approved witl~rty (30) days after filing unless the <br />application is denied. Notice of Technical Revisions shall be aclatowledged <br />in the monthly activity report attached to the monthly Board agenda. <br />tta 1.9.2 Denial aad Appeal Process <br />In the event that the Office decides to deny an application for Technical <br />Revision, the Office will notify the Applicant in writing within ten (10) <br />days after the decision deadline. The Applicant may appeal the decision to <br />Page 30 <br />Rule 1 <br />the Board for a final determination by submitting a Request for <br />Administrative Appeal to the Office within sixty (60) days of the date of <br />decision. The Request for Administrative Appeal, Subsection 1.4.7, must <br />specify the application number assigned by the Office and all factual and <br />legal questions which the Applicant wishes to have the Board decide. <br />
