A copy of the determination is enclosed. <br />Please propose, by a technical revision to the permit, to establish one or more points of <br />compliance [Rule 4.05.13(I)(b)] as a part of the currently permitted ground water <br />monitoring program. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions. <br />Yours truly, <br />ByB~/ob Ci.
