Ponds B (Outfall 003), D (Outlall 005), and E (Oulfall 006) discharged during this period. However, <br />Pond B only discharged the last 3 weeks of this period. No permit limitation exceedences occurred during this month. <br />Outfalls 001, 005 and 007 are being tested for Hardness in addition to the regwred parameters, however, as noted below, <br />001 and 007 did not discharge and were omined for this period. Copies of those results are included in this submittal. <br />Outfalls 001, 002, 004, 007, 008 and 009 did not discharge; and therefore have no chemical or toxicological tests during This <br />period. Outfall 020 has not been constructed yet; therefore there is no discharge to enable chemical or toxicological testing to <br />date. Outfalls 010. 016 and 017 have been eliminated from this permit. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the <br />following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outfalls which did not discharge. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />l certity under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the in/ormation submitted herein; ono <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties /or submitting /alse information, including the <br />possibility o/ line and imprsonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1007 and 33 U.S.C. § 7319.
