The Board <br />unanimously voted to conditionally approve Special Use Permit #94-10 for <br />the development and operation of a 40 acre gravel pit as outlined in your <br />permit. <br />The Boa.-d's conditions of approval are as follows: <br />1. Weeds will be adequately controlled in all disturbed areas. <br />2. A Fugitive Pazticulate Emission Permit be obtained from the <br />Colorado Department of Health, <br />3. A Mined Land Reclamation Permit be obtained from the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division of the Colorado Department of Natural <br />Resources. <br />4. Appropriate sediment control measures will be taken to ensure that <br />sediment will not reach adjacent drainages or properties. <br />5. Dust will be controlled at all times on the entire site and access <br />road. Operations will cease immediately if dust cannot be <br />adequately controlled. <br />6. Any mud tracked on to County Road #2 will be removed by the <br />operator of the pit on a daily basis during hauling periods. <br />7. The boundary of the site will be staked to prevent encroachments on <br />adjacent properties. <br />8. Disturbed areas where mining has been completed will be reclaimed <br />on an annual basis and shall be reclaimed in a manor which <br />conforms to the natural adjacent topography. <br />
