All review and discussion periods as provided <br />in the Act and the Rules & Regulations (as amended, effective July 1978) promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this date of filing, unless you notify us by that <br />you wish a later filing date, as per amended RULE 1.1(10) of the aforeme ne Rules <br />6 Regulations. Please refer to Chis RULE concerning local government approval, as well. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board will be DeL• t7-Id+c.,q,~0 You should commence publication of a notice of <br />filing of this application accordingly (see reverse side for notice format). Notice <br />requirements can be found in RULE _~.~ Because the date for consideration may be <br />subject to revision, please do not include it in your notice. For Limited Impact per- <br />mit applications, the final date for filing of objections, which must be stated in the <br />publication, will be 48 hours before this tentative date for Board consideration. <br />You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential <br />items, with the ABC'-~l'~Onnty Clerk and Recorder.
