Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received Kerr Coal Company's (KCC) Fourth Quarter 2006 Sediment Pond Inspection reports <br />on January 17, 2007. Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). Sediment <br />pond inspections were conducted by KCC on December 10, 2006. No problems were noted with any of the <br />ponds during the third quarter 2006 inspection. None of the ponds were discharging.
