All <br />impoundment inspections were conducted by a qualified impoundment inspector. <br />Inspections took place on September 16th, 19'h and 21~`.. <br />The impounding structures are functioning as designed. Since the last inspection East <br />Pyeatt No. 1 has been cleaned and the sediment marker has been reestablished in Sage <br />No. 2. In addition, sediment cleaning is undervvay in the Industrial Waste Pond and will <br />take place later this project season in Middle Flume No. 3. Neither of these two ponds has <br />reached the 60% sediment level.
