However, <br />you should be further advised that the property owner has ap- <br />pealled this decision to District Court. Among the options avail- <br />able to the District Court Judge would be to affirm the County <br />Commissioners, reverse the County Commissioners, partially affirm <br />the County Commissioners, or remand the matter back to the County <br />Commissioners.
