Hugers: <br />I have 1lated below several points which should be clarified or core fully <br />addressed in your permit application prior to presentation before the board. <br />The following points do not include questions which nay be raised as a <br />result of my inspection of the site nor do they include a full legal review. <br />1. Application fee <br />a. The application fee was incorrectly computed. The correct fee <br />is $125.00. The additional $2.60 should be forcaarded to this <br />office. <br />2. gal description <br />a. The principal meridian should be included in all legal descriptions. <br />3. Hine plan <br />vk. You should clearly delineate the present extent of surface disturbance <br />and cross reference this information with your large scale map. <br />,'ib. The mine plan should include a timetable of expected future surface <br />disturbance along with starting date of operations and the expected <br />termination date. <br />mac. The additional power knee running to the ventholes will ba affected <br />area and should be included as such on the map. <br />~~d. The mine plan should include information concerning your total <br />expected yearly tonnage of ore and waste. <br />de. You should include information concerning what ty?+e of surface <br />disturbance will be associated with the construction and maintenance <br />of the ventholea. <br />4. t4ap <br />a. If additional affected area is included, please make the necessary <br />changes on the maps. Be sure to leave en adequate "buffer" zone <br />around present surface disturbance to allow for soy future expansion <br />which may occur with the continued operation o! the mine. <br />
