Long <br />Div is inn DireJOr <br />On November 18, 1992 the Division deemed your application for a 110(2) <br />Mining and Reclamation permit at the Bad Boy Stone quarry, File <br />No. M-92-108 to be complete. Your application has been scheduled for <br />a decision by the Division on December 18, 1992. <br />Before your application can be approved by the Division you will need <br />to address the following adequacy items in order to satisfy the <br />applicable requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-101 et sue. and the <br />Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Please provide a response to each item by December 8, 1992. <br />\~``,~\~ Adequacy Items <br />1- ~`rExhibit B - Please provide a copy of the Soil Conservation <br />O Service's report concerning vegetation and soil characteristics <br />of the area. <br />2. Exhibit C - Is the Mining Plan Map labeled Exhibit E really <br />Exhibit C? Please describe how mining will be accomplished. <br />~ You will need to contact Sara Plocher with the Colorado <br />Department of Health concerning obtaining a Stormwater Discharge <br />permit (692-3609). <br />/ Please specify the range in depth of topsoil to be saved and <br />respread. <br />Please describe the major parts of the mining operation <br />(i.e. equipment used to excavate, access road use, etc.). <br />/Please specify the maximum acreage to be disturbed at any one <br />V time. Of that acreage how much will be excavated? How much used <br />for stockpiles and pallets storage. <br />
