On November 18, 1992 the Division deemed your application for a 110(2)
Mining and Reclamation permit at the Bad Boy Stone quarry, File
No. M-92-108 to be complete. Your application has been scheduled for
a decision by the Division on December 18, 1992.
Before your application can be approved by the Division you will need
to address the following adequacy items in order to satisfy the
applicable requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-101 et sue. and the
Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board.
Please provide a response to each item by December 8, 1992.

O Service's report concerning vegetation and soil characteristics
of the area.
2. Exhibit C - Is the Mining Plan Map labeled Exhibit E really

~ You will need to contact Sara Plocher with the Colorado
Department of Health concerning obtaining a Stormwater Discharge
permit (692-3609).

Please describe the major parts of the mining operation
(i.e. equipment used to excavate, access road use, etc.).
/Please specify the maximum acreage to be disturbed at any one
V time. Of that acreage how much will be excavated? How much used
for stockpiles and pallets storage.
