M.P.M. . <br />The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for limited grazing/industrial pa <br />The deadline for persons to file statements regarding this operation, or~o - <br />petition for a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board to consider the <br />granting of a permit is set by law. For information, please call this office. <br />The applicant is obligated to show that the proposed mining and reclamation <br />plans are in conformance with local zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations <br />or master plan, and is further required to place a copy of the application for <br />public inspection with the Clerk of the county in which the proposed mine is <br />situated. It is the Board's understanding that the Act intends for the <br />appiication to be made available for public review and comment in an area <br />close to the mine.
