Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received Kerr Coal Company's (KCC) First Quarter 2007 Discharge Monitoring Report for <br />CDPH&E permit Nos. COG-850036 and COG-850037 on April 25, 2007. Timely submittal of these reports <br />is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). <br />The load out pond did not discharge during the quarter.
