Mr. Daughtery will <br />not use any water during his extraction process and the site is dry. Groundwater is in excess of 2,000 <br />feet below the surface. <br />If Mr. Daughtery detemunes he is unable to contain the runoff within the 1.5 acre site, he will obtain <br />a sand and gravel mining storm water discharge permit from your office. <br />Please do not hesitate to call me should you have any questions.
