It is <br />therefore the Division's understanding that the discharge previously authorized has ceased. <br />Please be advised that it is unlawful to discharge pollutants from a point source to state waters without a <br />permit. Section 25-8-608 of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act provides for assessing of civil penalties <br />of up to 510,000 per day for unlawful discharge.
