Your request for a <br />90-day extension does not exceed the 365 day limitation, pursuant to Rule 1.4.5(3), so your <br />request is hereby approved. The revised decision due date is set for October 18, 2001. <br />This could be your last extension since October 18, 2001 is the end of the 365 day review period <br />allowed under Rule 1.4.5(3).
