The top soil, the upper welve <br />inches, will be stock piled along the Northern bou dary on the <br />west four hundred (400) feet of the thirty (30) fo t strip of <br />land designated as stock pile. The over burden wi 1 be stock <br />piled to the east of the top soil area. Those are s will be <br />seeded for stability. <br />2) A dozer will be used to push the trees over, then he branches <br />and stumps will be removed from the sight as well s the <br />timber under the direction of the land owner. At he time of <br />opening of the pit it will require removing a stri of timber <br />one hundred twenty (120) feet wide from north to s uth. Then <br />it is proposed to remove a forty (40) foot strip o timber as <br />it becomes necessary for the mining operation. Al wood and <br />waste material will be removed at the direction of the land <br />owner. A signed statement from land owner to Poll w. <br />3) Concerning Exhibit C - <br />(a) Permit boundary has been identified as outlin~d with <br />yellow marker. <br />(b) Top soil storage has been identified. Also o~er burden <br />stock pile areas have been identified. <br />(c) Plant Area - There will not be a permanent pl~nt site, it <br />will move with the mining operation. <br />
