BOX 187 Ronald W. canary <br /> <br />Craig,CO 81626 Division Dimctor <br />Natural Resour«rmstee <br />Re: Trapper Mine, C-81-010, First Quarter 2006 Sediment Pond Inspection Reports <br />Dear Mr. Mattern: <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s First Quarter 2006 Sediment Pond Inspection reports. <br />Trapper Mining Inc.'s first quarter 2006 sediment pond reports were received by the Division on March 27, <br />2006. Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). Sediment pond inspections <br />were conducted by TMI on February 3`d and 10th, 2006. <br />Three ponds were reported dischazging at the NPDES point at the time they were inspected. These ponds <br />include No Name No. SR, Johnson lOR Pond, and Middle Flume No. 3 Pond. Discharges were all <br />minimal. Ponds were snow covered and frozen.
