The automatic compliance schedule for <br />accelerated testing was followed through the month of January, with Outfal1001X eventually <br />demonstrating a "pattern of toxicity". Notification of this "pattern of toxicity" and copies of the CDPS <br />WET Test Report Forms for this series of accelerated testing were submitted in my correspondence of <br />February 11, 1998. <br />Accelerated testing for Outfall OOSX was initiated following failure of routine Chronic Whole Effluent <br />Toxicity testing during the week of December 8, 1997. The automatic compliance schedule for this <br />accelerated testing also continued through the month of January.
