You will note that it has been given a docket <br />number and was filed March 31, 1989. In addition, enclosed <br />is the Proof of Publication which appeared in last Thursday's Wet <br />Mountain Tribune, together with a copy of another Order for <br />Publication, and an Order for Referral. <br />With respect to your second suggestion, this is to <br />advise that I have spoken with Allen Forkey, the Soil <br />Conservation Agent in Westcliffe. He informed me that his <br />office would assist in the revegation of whatever hanks are <br />involved. He is being transferred to California on May 10th. <br />Finally, and for this I apologize, no cost estimate for <br />reclamation was enclosed in my application.
