Dept. of Natural Resources <br />I have reviewed the above applications for adequacy and have the following <br />comments and questions which are intended to aid you in bringing these <br />applications into full compliance with the law and to the satisfaction of <br />the Mined Land Reclamation Board. Please address the following items in <br />detail as soon as possible. <br />Mining Plan <br />1. Will new ore car tracks be Laid? <br />2. Are all of the buildings and structures shown on Figure 3 currently existing? <br />Phoenix Mine <br />I. What is the character of the waste rock to be placed in the underground <br />stope? <br />2. How will the waste rock be transferred to the underground stope (front <br />end loader, slurry, ..)? <br />3. Will any chemicals be used in the ore dressing process? <br />4. What is the anticipated amount of waste rock? <br />Reclamation Plan - Poorman Mine <br />1. The area should be seeded with the seed mix recommended by the Soil <br />Conservation Service. <br />2. The area of the dump affected by this operation should be contoured to <br />conform with the immediate terrain. <br />
