During this period, Ponds T (Outtall 002A), 6 (Outtall 003), D (Outtall 005A), E (Outtall 006A), F (Outtall 007A), and G <br />(Ouffall OOSA) discharged to Foidel Creek. No permit excursions were noted for this period. Outfalls 002A and 007A <br />discharged the last two weeks of the period. Outtall 003A discharged the last 3 weeks of the period. Outfalls 005A and 008A <br />discharged the last three weeks of the period. Outtall 006A discharged all but the last week of the period. No permit <br />exceedances were noted. <br />Quartedy Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were conducted for Outtalls 005W and 007W in March 2007. Both tests <br />indicated that the effluent were not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival (see attached laboratory reports). <br />Outtall 004A (Pond C), did not discharge; and therefore had no chemical tests during the period. Outfall 020A/020W has not <br />yet been constructed, therefore sampling of this site has not occurred. Note that ponds A (Outtall 001A/001W), and H (Outtall <br />009A) have been deactivated following bond release, and have been removed from the newly amended permit, effective <br />January 1, 2003. In ortler to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual <br />DMR forms to cover the outtalls, which did not discharge. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of [hose individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted in/ormation is <br />true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including [he <br />possibility of line and imprisonment.
