A sepazate copy will be filed with the Gunnison County <br />Planning Departement. <br />The Federal Coal Exploration License for the Dry Fork azea has not been finalized to date. <br />Mountain Coal Company is awaiting the completion of the NEPA analysis and Decision Memo by the <br />U. S. Forest Service which will thereby allow the BLM to process the license application.
