[n that same year, other permits were issued for remodeling existing buildings on the property,
and construction of a 900 squaze foot water treatment plant (BP 83-1064 and BP 83-1189).
In November of 1984, Mr. Steen contacted the Land Use Department regarding a proposed expansion
of mining operations and a new mill. In a letter dated November 1, 19$4, Steen specifically listed all
mining claims that the operation would involve, and stated "The mill will not accept or process third-
party or custom ore." This information was reiterated in Mr. Steeti s letter of July 30, 1985.
Santly Hume Ronaltl K. Stewart Horner PoOs
County Commissaner County Commiselora CaunN CommWloner
