Stroggow: <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) has directed the Division to remind applicants when they have not posted <br />the required financial warranty and/or the performance warranty by the 9`" month of the application approval date. <br />As of the date of this notice, our records indicate at you have not posted the required warranty for your approved <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board permit, file No. -2006-021. If you do not post the required warranty by January 4, <br />2008, (365 days from the date your application was approved) you must be scheduled for a Formal Board Hearing <br />according to the provisions of Rule 4.1(2).
