Criteria used to determine conformance with CMLRD regulation <br />includes: <br />o determining whether the peak runoff from a 10 year, 24 hour storm <br />will be contained <br />o determining whether the structure is capable to convey, through <br />an emergency spillay, the peak flow from the 25 year, 24 hour <br />storm <br />o insure the structure is designed to have a minimum of one foot of <br />freeboard and designed with a 3 year sediment storage volume. <br />Fox Consultants, Inc. reviewed the sedimentation pond design submitted to <br />CMLRD. All calculations are correct and the structure complies with <br />applicable sedimentation pond design criteria. <br />Fox Consultants, Inc. conducted afield inspection of the structure <br />(enclosed), and it appears the structure is constructed as designed and <br />conforms to CMLRD criteria. <br />AFOX COMPANY <br />
