Because <br />the date for consideration may be subject to revision, please do no include <br />it in your notice. Far Limited Impact permit applications, the fin 1 date for <br />filing of objections, which must be stated in the publication, must be 46 <br />hours before this tentative date for Board consideration. <br />You must also place a copy of this application for public review, 1 ss <br />confidential items, with the prnwP,-~ County Clerk and Recorder Any <br />subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file in our office must also <br />be made in this local government copy. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board recommends that all mine operators check <br />compliance of their mining operation(s) with State water law.
