Box 67 <br />Cheyenne Wells, Colorado 80tf10 <br />Re: Two Unpermitted Mining Operations Operated by the Cheyenne County <br />Commissioners, Our File No.'s 77-537 and 77-537X <br />Dear Mr. Roth: <br />Action by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board at its April 27, 1983 <br />meeting resulted in the following: <br />A $10,000.00 civil penalty was levied against the Cheyenne County <br />Commissioners for mining without permits, with $7,000.00 to be <br />suspended if permits on the above two operations are issued within <br />90 days of the April 27, 1983 meeting.
