The operator commits to a plan to replace 10" topsoil in the future development ama in the event the <br />area is not developed for commercial or industrial use prior to bond release. <br />2. Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan <br />a. Portable latrines may be located at the site. Portable latrines will be secured from tipping over <br />and will not be in any flow lines al the site. <br />b. If fuels or chemicals are stored at the site, a secondary containment practice will be used. <br />c. The,Division of Minerals and Geology will be notified within 24 hours of the time the spill is <br />repdrted to any other agencies with jurisdiction over the spill. <br />Cleanup Response Procedures <br />1. Non-hazardous materials such as gasoline <br />a. Use absorbent materials and/or soil berms to contain spills and clean the area of residuals. <br />b. Do not hose down spill area with water. <br />c. Dispose of the absorbent and soil material properly. <br />11. Non-hazardous materials that quality as a significant spill (typically 5 gallons or more): <br />a. Contact the CDPHE 24 Wour EnvironmentaPEmergency Spill Reporting Line (1=877-518-5608) <br />within 24 hours of the spill event. A written notification to the CDPHE-EMP is necessary within <br />30 days. <br />b. Clean up the spill immediately. Use absorbent materials if on an impermeable surface. <br />Construct an earth dike to contain a spill on dirt areas. If rainfall is occurring at the time of the <br />spill, cover the spill with a tarp to prevent contaminating runoff. <br />111. For spills involving hazardous materials <br />a. Contact the local emergency response team by dialing 911. <br />b. Contact the CDPHE 24 Hour Environmental Emergency Spill Reporting Line (1-877-518-5608) <br />within 24 hours of the spill event. A written notification to the CDPHE-EMP is necessary within <br />30 days. <br />c. Construction personnel shall not try to clean up the spill. <br />d.
