Dear Mr. Mullet:
On August 30, 2000, the Division of Minerals and Geology received a conversion application for the
Mullett' Excavating Pit #1, Permit No. M-1999-106. The Rules do not allow for a conversion to a 1 I I
permit, therefore a new 1 l2 application would need to be submitted to the Division. I have enclosed the
first page of the application aad a blank application form. in additioq the Division did not receive the
required fee of $2,344.00. Please resubmit page 1 of the applicatioq along with the balance of the fee
and a receipt from the Las Animas County Clerk and Recorder of receipt of the new page 1 for their
records.
