The parameters analyzed
were given in Segment 13 Stream Classifications and Water Quality Standards,
excluding fecal coliforms and total residual chlorine. Attached is the analy-
sis of the samples collected.
CYCC feels that the quality of the spring water meets effluent limita-
tions applicable to NPDES Permit CO-0027154 without additional treatment.
Please advise us if you feel a significant water quality impact is occurring
and ideas on how to minimize the problem. Please contact me if you have any
further questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
- ~1'_v
Richa d^ Hughes
Environmental Specialist
RH/kmk
cc: D.
