No. 4C and No. 6 Water for <br />Dust Suouression: Fourth Quarter 2003 Report <br />Dear Mr. Keffelew: <br />Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company ("CC&V") submits herein a summary of water used from <br />Ponds No. 4A, No. 4C and No. 6 for dust suppression and the location(s) of use. All water has been used <br />on the mine roads and on the valley leach facility ("VLF') roads within the permit boundary, <br />This report covers the period from October 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003. Pond No. 4A usage was <br />373,000 gallons.
