Caltany <br />Division Director <br />Natu21 Resource Trustee <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s fourth quarter 2005 Colorado Wastewater Discharge <br />Monitoring reports. TMI's fourth quarter 2005 DMRs were received by the Division, on January 19, 2006. <br />The reports cover the time period from October 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005. Timely submittal of <br />these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Five outfalls discharged during fourth quarter 2005. Outfalls 001 and 002, discharged throughout the <br />quarter. Outfall 011 discharged in October in response to a precipitation event. Outfalls 020 and 021 <br />discharged throughout the quarter until freezing in December. No reported parameters were found to be in <br />excess of CPDS standards for the ponds that discharged. WET tests were conducted for outfalls 020 and <br />021. No exceedences were reported for outfalls 002 and 021.
