Based on your
applications, there is one well included in this replacement plan. The well is identified by
structure number 1405118.
PLAN OPERATION
The well is permitted for uses under this plan by permit no. 052194-F for additional use
of an existing irrigation well. The conditions of the permit allow water to be delivered to the site,
which is to be mined above the water table. The only depletions are from evaporation from a
storage pond, settling ponds, dust control, and water used in washing the mined product. The
calculations in this plan have used a 100% consumption of all water pumped.
DEPLETIONS
Table 1 through Table 4 estimate operation of the plan from April 1, 2007 through March
31, 2008. The attached water accounting form presents the estimated pumping for the plan
year. The accounting form shows that the Kirkland Construction, RLLP wellhead depletions are
estimated to be a total of 49.89 acre-feet during this time period resulting in total stream
depletions of 47.90 acre-feet. All of the pumping will be from the well producing from the valley-
fill and sulficial aquifers subject to Rule 4 of the Rules.
Out-of-priority stream depletions to senior surface water rights in Colorado during the
plan year will be 47.90 acre-feet based upon pumping during the plan year and previous plan
years, estimates of depletions based on the review of depletion information submitted for the
