Cattany <br /> Division Director <br />RE: Review of Adequacy Responses Natural Resource Tmstee <br />Twentymile Coal Company, "2007-2008 Wolf Creek Seam Exploration Project" <br />DBMS Notice of Intent to Conduct Coal Exploration No. X-2007-205-11 <br />Dear Mr. Cowman: <br />On August 1, 2007, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received Twentymile Coal <br />Company's responses to our adequacy review letter of July 24, 2007. We provide the following <br />responses. <br />Twentymile Coal Company's response and revised map is adequate. Please let us know if you <br />agree with our $12,964 reclamation cost estimate amount. If so, you may proceed with submittal <br />of a performance bond in that amount. <br />2. In response to this question, Twentymile Coal Company provided copies of pages from its DRMS <br />Foide] Creek mine permit pertaining to the relationship between Cyprus Western Coal Company <br />(the entity to which the State lease is issued) and Twentymile Coal Company. These permit pages <br />were, however, out of date. We have printed out the correct pages from the permit on file in our <br />office, and placed them in the NOI file.
