The DMR's indicate no discharge
during any of the quarters. This is consistent with field inspection observations during
the period covered by the reports. Field inspection also confirms that pond 3 and pond
4 were reclaimed in December of 1998. Department of Health correspondence, copied
to DMG, states that until a final termination notice is received from the Walter Quality
Control Division, monitoring and reporting must continue. These reports appear to
satisfy that obligation and the additional requirement of DMG to be copied on all those
reports. When you receive termination approval from the Water Quality Control Division
please forward a copy to DMG.
We have no further questions at this time. Thank you for your diligence irl pursuing your
monitoring and reporting as required.
Sincerely
Kent A.
