Sediment Ponds B, D, <br />F, G, and T were flowing duting the inspection, as well as the four waste water <br />treatment ponds. Ponds C and E were not discharging. Pumping of the 6MN <br />construction dewatering pond began in mid-March, but was halted shortly before the <br />time of the inspection. All discharge ponds were functional. Standard vegetation <br />clearance, seeding, dredging, and minor maintenance are anticipated at some sites later <br />in 2007, as noted on the inspection forms. <br />This information is submitted in compliance with Twentymile Coal Company Permit <br />C-82-056 and Rule 4.05.6(13).
