During this period, only ponds A (Outfall 001), B (Outfall 003), D (Outfall 005), and E (Outfall 006) discharged to <br />Foidel Creek. No permit excursions were noted for this period. <br />Outfalls 002, 004, 007, 008, and 009 did not discharge; and therefore had no chemical tests during this period. Outfall 020 <br />has not been constructed yet; therefore there is no discharge to enable chemical testing to date. Points 010, 016 and 017 <br />have been eliminated from this permit. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be <br />substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outfalls, which did not discharge. <br />1 certify under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am /amiliar with the in/ormation submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted intormation is <br />true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are signi/icant penalties for submitting /alse information, including the <br />possibility o/line and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 7379.
