During this quarter, two NPDES outfalls were active. Outfalls 001 and 002 discharged routinely throughout the quarter. Outfalls 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, Ol 1, 012, 013, O14, OIS, 016, O17, O18, OI9, 020, 021, and 023 did not discharge during the quarter. Outfalls 022 and 024 aze associated with sediment ponds that have not yet been constructed. No discharge is reported for these outfalls. Values reported on the enclosed DMRs represent the maximum (or minimum as applicable) monthly/daily values generated at each outfall during the quarter. Also enclosed are monthly NOAA weather sl~**Jma~es for the reporting period, seep volume data for site 011, and WET test report forms as applicable. Two outfalls were sampled for WET analyses during the applicable reporting period. A two species acute test WET was completed at outfall 001 during the fourth quarter and a single species test (C. dubia) was completed at outfall 002 in August. No exceedences of WET test limitations were observed at either outfall. No exceedrnces of primary effluent limitations occurred during the quarter. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
