Lang <br />Division Direclar <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology has reviewed your request for an reclamation permit <br />exemption and determined that your proposed activities do not require a mining and reclamation <br />permit. Therefore, by receipt of this letter, your proposed activities associated with the property <br />located in sections 4 and 9, Township 1 North, Range 76 West of the 6th P.M. in Grand County, <br />Colorado, are exempt from the requirement for a reclamation permit under section 1.2.2 of the <br />Construction Material Rules and Regulations as promulgated under the Colorado Land <br />Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials (C.R.S. 34-32.5). <br />As part of this request, the Division has terminated Permit No. M-82-102 and returned the <br />performance warranty and financial warranty to Linke Construction Company, which was the <br />original permittee for this site.
