Fourth <br />quarter 2006 sediment pond inspections were conducted on December 12, 2006. Most of the ponds were dry <br />with the exception of 5-P5, 5-P6, and S-P7. Ponds were either snow covered or iced over. No maintenance <br />concerns were identiEed during this inspection. <br />Copies of the quarterly reports need to be maintained at the mine office and at the Division's office as per Rule <br />4.05.9(17). No pond report was received for third quarter 2006.
