Box 2187 <br />Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 <br />RE: File No: M-68-106 <br />Complete Revision <br />Dear Mr. Knutson: <br />We have received your application fora conversion of your existing Special <br />Operations Mining and Reclamation Permit No. M-88-106 to a Limited Impact <br />Operations Permit, for the surface sand and gravel mining operation in Logan <br />County. Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been <br />submitted; thus your application has been deemed complete. ~ T review and <br />comment time periods initiate from this date. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division is February 26, 1989. You should canmence publication of <br />a notice of the filing of this application immediately (see enclosed notice <br />format). You must also mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of <br />surface rights of affected land and immediately adjacent land. You must <br />provide proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt <br />Requested, to the Mined Land Reclamation Division staff before your <br />application can be considered. You must also place a copy of this application <br />for public review, less confidential items, with the Logan County Clerk and <br />Recorder.
