Dept. of fN?tulal Resources
Re: Cowan Concrete Products &
Mobile Premix Concrete, Inc.
Dear Jim:
Along with the Technical Revision request on the Greeley Pit, I asked that we show
a change of operator. Apparently this is not necessary. As explained to me by
Messrs. Roper and Yale, the existing conditions are these:
1. MPM, Inc. is the parent for ttobile Premix Concrete, Inc., and all
past permits of that company should so indicate. We will make sure
that future applications show MPM, Inc. as the parent company.
2. MPM, Inc. purchased Cowan Concrete Products and thereby obtained
Greeley Sand and Gravel as a subsidiary company to Cowan and now
to MPM, Inc.
3. Cowan Concrete Products survives as a Colorado Corporation recognized
by the Secretary of State's office.
4. C.C.P. is doing business as Piobile Premix, Inc.
Thus, no change of operator has occurred. Cowan Concrete Products is still the
operator. Bonds now in force will continue unchanged.
Sincerely,
ENV IROPIMENT,,~. IQNC .~
arry E. O'Brian
LEO:cm President
