Pontiac Ct.
Englewood, CO 801 l 1
RE: Parkdale Project (File M-97-054) New decision date for amended permit application
Deaz Mr. Albert:
The Division has conducted a preliminary review of the January 12, 1998 response provided by
Agile Stone Systems to the Division's adequacy review of the permit application for the Pazkdale
Project. The Division considers that response to constitute an amendment to the original
application for the following reason:
Gravel Expansion Blocks 1 and 2 and Granite Quarry Expansion Blocks 1 and 2,
previously omitted from the azea indicated to be affected by the proposed mining
operation, aze now included in the affected area. This results in an increase in the
acreage ofthe affected land.
As a result of the proposed amendment to the original application, the decision date for the
Parkdale Project permit application is now set as April 1, 1998.
Please be advised that the submittal of an amendment to the Parkdale Project application is
considered to constitute a new filing. Consequently, you are required by Rule 1.6.6 of the
Construction Materials Rules and Regulations to publish a new notice of the application to the
public and all deadlines applicable to a new application run anew.
