There is <br />further information needed and clarifications required concerning <br />of the application for a Permit you submitted. <br />Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />1. Please describe the dewatering process of the pit which is <br />during mining. <br />2. Assure us that water from the dewatering process will not e <br />adjacent Box Elder Creek or any nearby streams.
