This table reflects the results fox the two remaining parameters that
were still considered pxelitninary at the time of our meeting. I have also enclosed the
final two remaining laboratory reports that back up the table.
This submittal completes the three months of sampling of C-Pit and monitoring well
CEM-001 that DBMS requested at our March 22, 2006 meeting. As we discussed on
October 4, the data supports the conclusion that dissolved selenium levels in the
monitoring well are not elevated.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
BROWN AND CALDWELL
~~/ ~~~
Al Notary, P.E
Managing E eer
cc: Monica Sowders, CEMEX
Paul Banks, Banks & Gesso
Enc.
CEMEX Lyons Watcr Uata'Pransmittal.doc
