We understand that by <br />submitting an amendment, we must again publish a public notice in the local newspaper and <br />notify owners of record within 200 foot of the affected boundazy. Anew decision date will also <br />be determined by the DMG. <br />The Amendment to the Application is due to revisions in the reclamation plan. Area B is now <br />being proposed as a pond in lieu of wetlands as indicated in the original application.
