The proposed mine <br />is known as the Hocker Gravel Pit, and is located at or neaz Section 22, Township 33N, <br />Range 7W, New Mexico Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is <br />October 1, 2006 and the proposed date of completion is December 2025. The proposed <br />future use of the land is rangeland. Additional information and tentative decision date <br />may be obtained from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80202, (3030 866-3567, or at the La Plata County Clerk or <br />Recorder's office; 1060 E.
