Huskin Construction Co. <br />Velarde Pit: Section 3, Township 27S, Range 67W, 6's Prime Meridian <br />Dear Sir or Madam: <br />I represent John Kimbrel, Ben Franciscotti, Bill Ugolinis and Jim Hribar, adjoining property <br />owners of the Velarde Pit. My clients make the following objections to the application: <br />1. The application does not adequately reflect the methods for the protection of the azeas <br />outside the affected land, including without limitation, protection from land slides, <br />runoff and other damage as required per Rule 3.1.5(3). <br />2. The applicant's use of County Road 613, and any other County Road, including <br />without limitation, increases in traffic, noise, dust, dirt and other particulates resulting <br />from trucks and other equipment poses a danger to the health, safety and welfare of <br />my clients and other people utilizing such county roads. <br />3.
