This document includes operational <br />analytical data and environmental ground water monitoring data collected and compiled <br />during our third quarter of operations, April 1, 2001 through June 30, 2001. <br />The ground water data summary report is spiral bound as anon-confidential document and <br />includes a comparison of the 3rd operational quarter with baseline and operational general <br />statistics prior to the reporting period. In addition, the tables provide information for <br />comparison of Ground Water Standards as provided in Regulation No. 41 of the Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and Environment Water duality Control Commission and <br />Numeryc Protective Levels and Early Warning Indicators. <br />Comparison of the data values with the Early Warning Indicators [EWI) and the Numeric <br />Protective Levels (NPL) is showing some values slightly above the established limits. These <br />values are summarized in Table 1 and highlighted in red in each of the summary tables <br />within the document. Included with this letter are five graphs illustrating the locations and <br />constituents that are slightly elevated above the established Numeric Protective Levels at <br />the designated point of compliance.
