Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natursl Resource Tnn[ee <br />The Division requests that the Applicant provide a written response to the concerns outlined in <br />letters dated September 12, 2005 from Gilpin County via Petrock & Fendel, P.C. and the City of <br />Black Hawk via Hayes, Phillips, Hoffinan & Carberry, P.C.. The letters were addressed to Tom <br />Schreiner of the Division of Minerals and Geology. Copies of these letters have been faxed and <br />mailed to your office on September 14, 2005. The Division is requesting a written response to <br />the concerns listed in these letters as part of our evaluation of your application for a Regulaz 112 <br />Operation. We request a written response on or before 1:00 P.M. today, September 16, 2005.
